Elena Dubas

Elena Dubas lives in Brooklyn, NY.  Dubas is a visual artist working in primarily photography and video.  She holds an MFA from SUNY Brockport through the Visual Studies Workshop and a BS from Nazareth College of Rochester.  

Travel is an integral part of her work, allowing her to visually share diverse people, places, and cultures with others. She documents and narrates these experiences through her photography and writing.

Dubas has exhibited her work at Chashama Times Square Gallery (New York City), The Kuhn Fine Arts Gallery (Ohio), and through solo and group exhibitions at Community Darkroom Gallery (Rochester, NY) and the Colacino Art Gallery (Rochester, NY).  Her work is in numerous private collections in the United States, the Czech Republic, and Nepal.
